Outcome: It was a time to reflect on the possibility of applying Confucian classics and ideas to various problems in modern society from multiple perspectives. In particular, the lecture focused on how key concepts of traditional Confucianism, such as humanity, justification, and nature, can be applied to improve current social problems. The discussion also highlighted important issues that could arise in this context. This lecture had many implications for the center's research, which aims to promote the modernization of the values and virtues of Confucianism.
