The 2nd East Asian Classics Academic Conference, hosted by the East Asian Classical Studies Association and jointly organized by the Institute of Confucian Philosophy & Culture (ICPC) at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) and Zhusi Academy (洙泗書院) at Qufu Normal University (曲阜師範大學), will be held on November 6th and 7th.

The theme of this academic conference is “Confucian Classics and East Asian Civilization's Diversity” 

The conference will proceed around the following three sub-themes:

• The Past of Classical Studies: History and Methodology of Classical Studies

• The Present of Classical Studies: Contemporary Critical Issues and Research on the Classics

• The Future of Classical Studies: Seeking New Methodologies for Classical Research

We sincerely hope that many scholars will join us to establish a profound platform for international academic exchange on various issues in Classical Studies.
