Multiphysics system design / Multiphysics modeling

In real engineering field, many problems have multiphysics issues. Our group has been developing a multiphysics digital twin platform that deals with electromagnetic-thermal-metallurgy-mechanical coupled phenomena. This multiphysics digital twin platform has been applied to industrial problems of multiphysics system design with Samsung, POSCO, Hyundai motors, GM, and KISWIRE Inc.

Below are the two examples of MSC lab works on multiphysics/multiscale design and modeling for semiconductor and battery systems.
